General

• Make sure all screenshots are relevant to the latest version
• Make sure videos, if any, are up to date
• Add ALT tags for the images
• Make sure the headings are in sentence case
• Convert all reusable blocks to a ‘regular block’.
• Update the changelog at the end of the article

2. We are not adding detailed updates for the Block settings - Typography, Color, Layout, Dimension and Border and for the More Options setting in the block toolbar. Pls mention the settings included for the block and link to the detailed settings pages instead.
3. Some of the PRs have great videos that can be added to the article.

Heads up @WordPress/docs-issues-coordinators, we have a new issue open. Time to use 'em labels.

This doc is pretty messy as it stands and I tried my best to clean it up in the limited time I had:

• Removed all GIFS (not accessible and they were also very low quality/blurry) and replaced with screenshots or videos.
• Added information about creating a new page and publishing under "Adding menu items" as that seemed like the best fit.
• Updated information about adding new blocks to be more up to date with the latest.

Of note, I didn't include Button Block: Add draft page creation capability as that's a bit tangential to this already packed user doc. I really think we need to redo this one in general to be way clearer. As it stands right now, it's a bit overwhelming and scattered to make sense of. Scheduled these updates to be in line with the release.

Can we revisit this page post this release cycle to really streamline it and make it clearer? I think this block is already confusing as is and it would be awesome for our docs to be a source of extreme clarity.

Of note, I didn't include mentions of the block's page links now being hooked into block bindings so it updates when you update the corresponding page's permalink for example: WordPress/gutenberg#72165 Happy to add in but ran out of time/wasn't sure where to put it.
