I don't know if this is working as intended or a bug but left clicking the arrow moves the arrow to the right even if I have the setting to keep the arrow to the center and "disable arrow drag" enabled.
If it is working as intended then why not allow the left mouse button to move it left one step and the right mouse button to move it right and the middle mouse click button to center it.
Just a thought.
On another note I have noticed that occasionally WindowTop's anchors (particularly with IDM in my instance) may hang around despite that download dialog window being closed. The only way to clear it is to either clear the anchor is to force restart WindowTop in my task manager or exit WindowTop and open it up again.
