Long launch time, very high CPU and GPU usage on mac with latest builds

App takes a very long time to launch. I don't have that many games but the CPU and GPU usage is crazy high. Results in very high battery drain.

I downloaded the build from the actions section. This has been going on for many of the previous builds as well.

Long launch time fixed by Apple Silicon build in #258. High resource usage fixed by disabling render if unfocused in interface settings.
