It came up during the WhyDRS Weekly Meeting on 9/24/2025 that "the Transfer Agents Page on WhyDRS.org, which had detailed information on several of the largest transfer agents, could be viewed as favoritism from the 501c3 towards those transfer agents specifically.
We will be looking to bring data regarding all transfer agents into the WhyDRS Database in an equal way, just like we do for public companies. I'll also be creating an issue on GitHub to reflect this change, and I'll look to create a new general page and explainer on what a transfer agent is and what functions they serve to take the place of the specialized page. Other item for consideration: How to get all transfer agents reflected in WhyDRS Database in more equal way. We need to have a data audit on what we have on them so far, how we could populate the list, and how we'd consider including them. Those issues would be better homed on Database repo as discussion happens though
