Packrattle implements a commit() parser which commits to a particular path, so that backtracking is not attempted once we hit certain milestones.
- Consider adding this to the GLL implementation
- Consider adding this concept to all parsers as well. This way we can limit backtracking when we've seen certain productions which absolutely preclude other options.
