Current TruckMudFlap project doesn't have the option to have the FlowBelow painted aswell a custom mudflap

A new model created/added to ATS TruckMudFlap projectfolder.
Additional context
Quicktest, copied existing Cascadia projectfolders, renamed and edited content to the freightliner.cascadia2024
all looks ok in the game, so these 2 Cascadia truckmodels uses the same model... (atleast when I tested this) ATS 1.59.
