• research options that are free to use - deploy of a test web-jam-back api?
• can we accomplish this with circleci?
• can we publish a test server using some other build tool that is not Heroku (they stopped offering the free containers)

• be sure the connection string for mongo atlas points to the 'test' database, mongo memory server, https://github.com/nodkz/mongodb-memory-server
• need an endpoint that populates the test database with some starting data that will always be consistent for running the automated frontend UIs against
