Add minute granularity to fast time

The timer tracks fast time to the millisecond but the log displays to the hour. Is it possible to display start and end time as well as hours and minutes for a fast?

Additionally, can the exported log provide start time, end time, and duration with hour and minute granularity?

currently we're not quite structured for this, it'd take a little bit of rewriting some internals, but I'll keep it in mind next time my focus is on this app.

I think float values for fasting time would be enough for minute resolution, then it shouldn't be such a big change.
