[FEATURE REQUEST] Search tooltip text change

• See if Search Bar and Search Button toolpis can be different in the two windows.

• If so, implement Option 1

• if not implement Option 2

Option 1

• First Window Change Search bar tooltip text to -->
  "Search for microscopes matching specific characteristics by entering one or more terms — auto-suggested, free-form, or a mix. Multiple terms are combined with AND. Click "Search" (right of the bar) to run the query."

• First Window change Search button tooltip text to -->
  "Click to search microscope containing components matching the terms you entered in the search bar."

• Second Window Change Search bar tooltip text to -->
  "Find specific components within the microscopes selected for comparison. Enter one or more terms — auto-suggested, free-form, or a mix, combined with AND. Click "Search" (right of the bar) to open the Component Explorer at the matching category, tab, and feature."

• Second Window change Search button tooltip text to -->
  "Click to find a specific component within the selected microscopes using the terms entered in the search bar."

Option 2:

For both windows
