• After reviewing the mapping of AK water rights data, I think AllocationNativeID should be "FILENUMBER", not MV_OID. Its because FILENUMBER is the defining parameter for water rights landing pages
  Example
  WestDAAT landing page takes users to this native page based on the file number embedded in the INFO_LINK.

• I also see that the File Number shows up in the water use database which hopefully would allow us to connect each water right with its historically reported water use (probably for a fraction of their water rights)
