Issue of wrongly labeled OwnerClassificationCV = "Native American" rights within WaDE (see attached xlsx file).
Issue is the result of "Tribes", "Tribe", "Nation", and "Nations" can be a common last name for individuals. Our current approach has trouble distinguishing those individuals as we first identify our OwnerClassificationCV = "Private", THEN we label our OwnerClassificationCV = "Native American" which causes this override / mislabeling to occur (see img).
Need a solution that separates out these users / re-identifies them as "Private" users.
