Docs auto-update: add WRLD.design to README and WARP.md

The April 2026 six-division restructuring (commits 98ecf92, 37acec2 / PR #27) introduced a new wrld-design/ directory and WRLD.design navigation tab, but README.md and WARP.md were not updated to reflect the new division.

Changes

README.md

• Added WRLD.design to the ecosystem service list (alongside WRLD.tech, WRLD.host, WRLD.ai, etc.)
• Added wrld-design/ to the repository layout tree

WARP.md

• Added WRLD.design to the project overview sentence
• Added wrld-design/ entry to the content structure list

Why these files?

README.md is contributor-facing and describes what the repo covers. WARP.md provides AI-agent context for working in this repo. Both were incomplete after the restructuring.
