Integrate slides into episode markdown files with CarpentriesSlides app by @multimeric.

Use divs that are compatible with Carpentries slides and that are muted during normal web page build.

This workshop focuses on "how" to build a package. Slides should touch on broader research software dev topics such as "should this be a package", designing with the user in mind, software dev best practice i.e. test driven development, writing good docs etc.
