Provider example request: Starveri API custom endpoint

Hi Codeep team,

I would like to suggest adding a Starveri API example for the existing Custom / OpenAI-compatible provider flow, if provider examples are welcome.

Starveri API is an independent OpenAI-compatible GPT/Codex API gateway with public docs, model metadata, prepaid credits, and a browser demo. It is not affiliated with OpenAI.

I am opening an issue first because I do not want to assume this should be a built-in provider. It may be enough as a short README/docs example for users who want a lower-cost OpenAI-compatible gateway.
