The collectdata pipeline needs to run a bunch of QC checks before ingest into the triplestore. We need to install Holgers SHACL libraries and set up a simple pipeline that allows us to run validation on KB.ttl.

I refactored the collect data pipeline significantly, also installing SHACL. Next step would be to try some basic validation with a simple shape.
