Add the "Deluge" Rocklet Rifle

A couple weeks ago there was a PS2 update that added a new rocklet rifle.

I want to get the most kills with it, as part of my goal of having a Light Assault loadout where I'm number 1 with every single weapon in the loadout. To that end, I've started grinding the kills but the weapon isn't listed in Honu yet. So... 👉👈
