Bug Report: workflows class, and create() method is missing from Vapi Server TypeScript SDK

🐛 Bug Description

The VAPI server SDK TypeScript documentation/workflow quick start references a vapi.workflows.create() on the VapiClient that doesn't exist in the actual SDK.
