I installed hamdash.html, v2026.07.07 at: http://qsl.net/n5ng The RSS timestamps works for RSS feeds such as, "https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/index-at.xml" that use, "pubDate " tags for the timestamp. However, feeds such as, "https://forecast.weather.gov/xml/current_obs/KXMR.rss" that use, "lastBuildDate" for the tag results in "Unknown".
I suspect the root cause of the issue is the different tags used for the timestamps on different feeds..... Apparently there is no, "standard" tag.... Just a "guess"....
