UoM also has schemes to support this - would RSEs be elligible?

How could Carpentries training feed into this?

I'm already FHEA I believe Adrian has one as well. We should be eligible since we are working at the university. I can help people prepare for it. I don't think Carpentries training feeds into this; we can deliver and model courses with confidence
