In Connect we have

• a bespoke trianing request, which seems ok but maybe shoudl say we will "respond in 5 days" not "fulfill the request in 5 days"
• A Knowledge Base article on general RIT training which is very brief and should probably have more details and links. It looks like the HPC team have updated this so we should talk to them about some good content that reflects both our services.
