Decide which feedback form to use

For some reason we now have a proliferation of feedback forms. This repo originally gave just a link to my google form in the induction info markdown file. This info has now been edited multiple times in a harder-to-find wiki page and two subsequent forms added. The google form was a temporary measure set up in 2017 and it's been working well for all the courses.

• Choose which feedback form to use
• Check the info is easily accessible to course trainers
• Check the info is still useful
• Tell all the course leads how to use it, including the Infra team

My two cents, we used the (new) Qualtrics survey for the Programming with Python course. @emmasimp gave me access to the data when I asked her. It was pretty straight-forward to filter the data and export the information I wanted for making a summary:

I don't have a strong opinion on the questions in the survey, seems fine, info is definitely useful.

I think someone said something about Qualtrics being better than the google form in terms of personal information / GDPR?

Unless someone has a strong reason not to, I say make Qualtrics survey the standard one.
