We would like to see allocation gaps now and going forward, to work out people to prioritise (we currently do this manually). It would be useful to have a page where managers can see this automatically.
Some people may want to show this in order of time length, start time, size of allocation gap in FTE, size of allocation gap in £. Perhaps a colourscheme would be useful, and some way to identify priorities. Perhaps line managers would like to be able to easily see just their line managees? Probably need to select the date range as everyone has an allocation gap eventually
