Deploy the Release

When a release is done, it should be deployed. Well, assuming that is meaningful for the project; it's not always so.

The best way to do this is probably to trigger a separate deployment workflow (or at least one or more deployment jobs within the release workflow). There's many ways to do that; in particular:

can be put on the CD workflow.
