Problem with library setting switching from NVENC to CPU

I have an Nvidia 1660 and have already been transcoding quite a few shows and movies with this fantastic tool, and I'm finding now that sometimes the settings in the libraries (sometimes one, sometimes both movies and tv) switch from the NVENC to CPU without any warning and the worker speeds significantly decrease. This was done with mp4 and mkv format files. I've attached UnmanicLogs. Please let me know if you need more information. Here is the location I've been changing the settings back to NVENC when I see the speeds decrease.

Same for me. It switch back to cpu. Unmanic does that since ich changed from the Plugin Video Encoder H265/HEVC - hevc_nvenc (NVIDIA GPU) to the Plugin Transcode Video Files. I changed it to use in future av1 instead of h256. But currently i don't have the right graphiccard.

Same here with QSV/AV1. It seems to be resetting the plugin settings to the original defaults, regardless of plugin or library settings.
