The ManageWiki extension of Miraheze does not integrate with Monaco

Thank you for bringing this up! Do you mind giving an example of what you mean? Do you mean the sidebar links for ManageWiki?

Also, the "Powered by MediaWiki" and Miraheze links in the lower right of the page do not show up, but implementing these may be a pain to do given how the Monaco skin's bottom bar is pretty crowded already. It's not overly important to worry about, but it might be nice to include support for the branding links somewhere.

This will likely be done eventually, but I think I want to rewrite the entire skin first. The entire current skin is an utter mess and using severely (years) outdated code also.
