Nosecone parachutes (excluding 0.35) incorrect deployment

The 0.35 parachute deployment direction has been fixed, but I am still having trouble with the other sizes deploying at a ~45 degree angle, causing my craft to hang glide where I dont want it to go. (had this issue with other parachutes of yours that have the small pack design)

Just to note that I've managed to lose craft to this - it induces a spinning motion, and under physics warp can literally spin them apart.

This seems to be what happens using the pack chutes as well.

I totally forgot about this, but yeah, it was the thing where they would deploy sideways. I haven't run a modded instalation in quite some time though Get Outlook for Android<https://aka.ms/ghei36>
