Just happened to hover of the safety light and notice the description doesn't make sense.
It seems to have the description of the PakRat mini wheel which is backed up by the part.cfg file for the Safety Light having #LOC_USI_PackRat_MiniWheel_description.
Also I noticed the english localization for the Safety light has #LOC_USI_PackRat_MiniWheel_description in it as well.
