Create zip files for download

For each ORF, the main search and gap search result files should be tarred-up (or zipped, whatever) and put on the server for download.

Zip files for each ORF hhsearch result (inc. low confidence regions) are in /rd/live/ritd-ag-project-rd005i-tplev57/zipped-20180720. Total size is 16GB, 6713 files.

Will it be possible for the user to tell if there is a gap file for any one ORF, or will they have to work it out by downloading and unzipping?

I'm trying to log in on a different computer from the one you helped me set up with cyberduck last week. I have hardly any idea about the settings for the connection

• Once you've logged in you need go to the right folder. Use the menu Go > Go to Folder... and type /rd/live/ritd-ag-project-rd005i-tplev57 and then click Go.
