Confirm button where you can only click the label to submit

The Confirm button on the page https://autograder.cse.buffalo.edu/courses/.../uploadRoster requires you to click the text label to submit the action. The button itself is not clickable. This is part of the workflow for adding/managing users while uploading a course roster.

1. Go to Manage Course > Manage students > Import Roster/Users > Select a file and click Upload.
2. The Confirm button on this page with the heading "Import Course Roster" will only have text that is clickable.
