Add all BUGSExamples to JuliaBUGS docs

Make all BUGSExamples to be Literate.jl compatible and add DoodleBUGS graph via DoodleWidget where available.

@sunxd3 Should we separate BUGSExamples from JuliaBUGS to make it bit lightweight? If yes than how would you prefer it, using Literate.jl or maybe executed Jupyter notebooks or separate Julia Package containing all volumes containing JuliaBUGS code and DoodleBUGS graph in same page? or some other way...

If use Literate than it will be resource intensive and CI will just take too much time. If we choose Jupyter notebooks than we won't be able to use them directly in JuliaBUGS for testing without manually copy pasting models. And Literate can also generate Google Colab compatible Jupyter notebooks.

So I prefer making a separate package for this -- separate CI, example can be used directly using this package in JuliaBUGS too and more control. But this will come with more maintainence efforts of which I am happy to take responsibility. But than it will confuse users about where JuliaBUGS docs live?

How? That package won't have any dependencies, it will just be something that holds all examples together!

BUGSExamples.jl repo will contain BUGS examples and those can be run manually by importing JuliaBUGS -- Not the direct dependency, just a container kind of, maybe we shouldn't call it a package -- It's more like separate docs or something else wrapped in a package
