Audit completed email should take directly to Specific Completed Project Modal

In the Audit completed Email :

• There should be a link to the project final status Modal. (Completed state modal)
• On clicking the link in the email, the user should be taken to "completed reviews" and that particular project final status modal should be open automatically.
