Checking completeness decision rules

Just a reminder: we have to be sure that decision rules will be a basis of the vector space containing all possible combinations. That means that they have to properties:

1. spanning property, i.e. they cover all possible scenarios
2. (linear) independency property, i.e. we cannot retrieve one of them based on the others
