Steps to Reproduce
I have used my Goal tracker as something of a diary so it has entries of all the stuff i did each day for months so maybe its just overloaded the system memory or something.
While ingame, if i try to scroll the tracker up or down it bugs out, appears to scroll up and down at a very fast pace for about 2 seconds then stops and resets to a spot about three quarters down the list. It does this anytime i try to move the sidebar or scroll ingame. Because i cant interact with the sidebar without this occuring im unable to go to my most recent entry or use the plugin at all.
This bug seems to occur more often while Im actively doing things ingame. Right now im killing mobs and the sidebar is scrolling and resetting nearly nonstop without me touching it.
This bug does not occur once im inside a certain goal entry. I have some that are like 50+ items long and i can scroll through those just fine without it bugging out.
This bug occurs differently once i log out of the game. While on the login screen it scrolls ONLY when i click to enter a goal and then go back out to the main list. In this case it appears to do the buggy scroll once, resetting to the bottom of the list but then stopping.
I have checked settings out my mouse and keyboard, unplugged both to ensure its not just a rogue button stuck in position or something.

To be able to scroll through entries and have it stay still without it resetting itself
