[Bug]: item counting appears incorrect

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results

Expect the display to show x / N item where x is inventory + bank

Actual Results

Not sure, the count seems to be carrying over data maybe? Or not refreshing? I think this has only been happening after the recent UI update

I have experienced something similar to this with Stardust. Set the target to 2,000 and it kept showing as complete before I had that total

It might because all items are counted twice, once by name and once by item id
