Sometimes at waterfall I see suggestions like "1 quenches or 4 cools", but then when I do just one quench, it turns out not to enough and there's still 0 quenches left before the next station is valid to use. This is exactly the same with lava pool and its dunking & heating.
I would guess this is a question of rounding? Where In my example above with 4 cools, the calculated quenches were a value between 1 and 2, but it got rounded down to 1. From what I've experienced so far, it seems to me the value for number of quenches and dunks should be rounded up. Recommending to use a station while suggesting 0 more operations just isn't very human-readable.
