Still fluids require increasing max_steps_PE, which has the unfortunate side effect of increasing the perturbations array solver for every k for every fluid. We would like to break this degeneracy somehow, potentially by selecting a different max_steps for small k and high k (or ideally changing it as a function of k). Will need to be set at compile time but has the potential to speed things up, as well as allowing stiff fluids in cosmologies with many other fluids (e.g. SIDR + Massive neutrinos).
