Admin: routes administration

Features:

• two tabs (rope / boulder), in each all of the following stuff:
• route datagrid (name, sector+line, date added, date removed)
• create route form
  • on first step there is only a sector select and line select. If sector is not selected, line select contains all lines in form sector - line. If sector is selected, line select contains only line. ?Both selects should be filterable using some plugin?
  • when sector is not selected and user fills in line, correct sector gets automatically selected
  • both sector and line inputs have one item create new XXX, which adds second textinput near the first to provide sector / line name.
  • when user selects line, other options, such as name, color, properties, etc., appear under it, but user can still select sector / line
• edit route form
  • all properties immidiatelly available
  • also possible to remove route, if it is added, or specify date of removal

ACL:

• new resource wall.route.rope and wall.route.boulder, which both allows user full control of that type of routes - default availability: wall.builder
