Post-MVP: Defer packaged Windows app until Studio MVP is dogfooded

Decision

Defer a packaged Windows app for the Studio-first MVP.

Rationale

The current repo already has the minimal release path: source usage docs, a Resolve Utility menu launcher install helper, Python 3.13 execution, local SQLite storage, CSV export, and passing tests.

A packaged Windows app would add installer/build/signing/runtime complexity before the Studio launch path has enough real editing-session validation.

Acceptance Criteria

• Studio MVP release ships as source-first documentation, not an .exe or installer.
• Release notes state tested environment: Windows + DaVinci Resolve Studio 21.0.2.4 + Python 3.13.
• Release notes include known limits: Resolve Free untested, playback polling unsafe during active playback, packaged app deferred.
• Revisit packaging only after multiple real Studio editing sessions confirm launch, tracking, idle/focus handling, render tracking, recovery, and CSV export.
