The bottom and right values were set too low and were off-center from the rest of the chat buttons.
Using :hover to set cursor to pointer is redundant as using without has the same function. Using :hover also causes problems on Firefox 67.0.4 where the cursor will have artifacts around it.

I put the description to each change in the commit. The emoji picker icon wasn't aligned correctly to the rest of the buttons. There are some further fixes I have for this area I'll submit soon.
