Modifying Talkgroup produces "Invalid Talkgroup" error preventing system save

Describe the bug
When making changes to a talkgroup (IE in my case, renaming a two-tone department name) you will not be able to save the system.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to system
2. Make a change
3. Attempt to Save changes by clicking Save system
4. Notice an error icon with the label "Invalid Talkgroup"

Expected behavior
Save changes with no issues

Additional context
Problem can be avoided by closing the talkgroup dropdown then reopening, and you will be able to save system & your previous changes will be saved.

i have had the same thing, turns in order to save you have to fill out geo code information for the two tone
