Configure PHP timezone

The LAMP script should also set a default timezone for PHP (date.timezone setting)

just a dump of our conversation for future reference (i.e. for when I'll work on this): there are probably two options here to implement this:

• have a specific flag for this specific option
• have a more flexible flag that can accept a (limited?) set of PHP options and values

Overall the idea should be that if the value is not found it will be added.
Clearly the problem is when the value is not valid it might actually be added anyway...
