Update Focus after Autofocus Routine

Currently the GUI does not get updated in the Stage Control tab after running the autofocus routine.

It also seems like if we press the set start pos/foc end pos/foc buttons, it should retrieve the current z and f values from the stage itself, not the GUI.

Maybe make the Position comboboxes read only since people should be using the buttons anyways.

The alternative is to make it not relative...

Also, add microns to range and step size in autofocus popup.

This is actually functional. When you run the autofocus routine, the stage positions do automatically update in the stage control tab.
