split realtime round reporting

3/6 rounds w/ 50 teams is already up to 1/2 a meg.

Set up the publish push to generate a file for each round.
Have the event index use ajax to populate the rounds on expanding
add a refresh button to the round header

after 3 rounds:
Rounds - 597k <- may need to get creative. Should grow at ~200k/round.
Standings - 360k <- shouldn't grow, plenty of CSS to pull out
Teams - 231k <- won't grow, plenty of CSS to pull out
JS - 161k <- as thin as it gets, caching should help
Round3 pairing/tables print - 12k <-fine
