3 months ago, tree-sitter was upgraded to 0.25.0 in #5977
Prior to that, in #5552, you pinned tree-sitter-sql to <0.3.8, since versions above that were incompatible with tree-sitter <0.25.0 and would cause a runtime error.
Now that Textual is on tree-sitter 0.25, I think we can remove this pin and upgrade tree-sitter-sql to 0.3.11 (the latest).
