CSI2RX file needs to be partitioned

@StaticRocket , Is splitting the file per platform the only viable option to solve the incorrect usage of the ifconfig directive?
Currently the file is accounting for 3 Sitara platforms and 5 Jacinto platforms.

Do you know of a way where we can coding guidelines violation without splitting the file?

Nah, if the preprocessor hits a section it gets a unique reference regardless of whether or not it is shown by the ifconfig. Those refs are used to populate the TOC, permalinks, and other ref links. All of which will point to an invisible section. The only solution is to prevent the preprocessor from even seeing em.

Splitting this up will prevent that and also properly warn when people link to sections that don't exist for the specified platform.
