vhdl-linter is using emacs for formatting. Install emacs for formatting to work.

Describe the bug
When running "Format" on VHDL code I got:

vhdl-linter is using emacs for formatting. Install emacs for formatting to work._

in TerosHDL global settings I have:
Formatter - VHDL formatter set to standalone. Changing to VSG doesnt help.
Linter set to Vivado (xvhdl). Changing to VHDL-LS doesn't help either.

Tried with versions: 7.0.3 and 8.0.3.
