Troubleshooting

• I have examined logs and tried to find the issue
• I have reviewed opened and closed issues
• I have tried restarting the application
• I have read Known Issues (Known Issues (Read Before Posting) #296)

The Problem

• SSH terminal connections via the jump host chain work fine.
• However, SFTP connections via the file manager always time out (30000ms).
• SFTP connections to the target machine work correctly when initiated directly from the jump host.

How to Reproduce

Add a jump host.
Add an internal host.
Configure the jump host for the internal host.
Enable file management for the internal host.
Double-clicking to connect via SSH works fine, but clicking the file icon to open the file manager always results in a timeout.
