The Problem

After updating to version 2.3.2, Termux has lost all previously granted system permissions (such as storage access). Furthermore, it is currently impossible to grant any new permissions to the app, effectively blocking various functionalities.

How to Reproduce

1. Update Termux to version 2.3.2.
2. Attempt to use a feature requiring permissions.
   3.Try to manually grant permissions.

1. Same issue on 2.3.2, can't set an user to Admin.

The user is connected with OIDC.

2. Log level set to debug but there is no "DEBUG" level printed in the logs

3. User is shown as "local" even if the local account doesn't exist as the user is registered/connected with OIDC
