Troubleshooting

• I have examined logs and tried to find the issue
• I have reviewed opened and closed issues
• I have tried restarting the application
• I have read Known Issues (Known Issues (Read Before Posting) #296)

The Problem

In Windows terminal or Termius, we authenticate to many hosts using a key, then the server (ubuntu/debian etc) will push a DUO prompt such as the below menu. In Termix, I have the key configured - on connect it just fails, no menu prompt to select to be able to complete the DUO gate.

Instant failure with:

How to Reproduce

Configure SSH host, configure key, connect >

Without Termix, if using Windows Terminal or Termius, or Putty, the DUO sub menu instantly appears after login to choose push method etc.
