Troubleshooting

The Problem

It says enter TOTP code or password. I entered. Failed to disabled. I looked into the F12 console, it says "Both password and TOTP code are required" But how? I tried to use password, TOTP code, and both. No luck. I think I had to reinstall in the last resort and refrain from enabling 2FA at this moment.

How to Reproduce

After 2FA is enabled, disable the 2FA and follow the directions.

This happens indeed and also you can't download the recovery codes after enabling TOTP. It quickly logs you out before being able to download the codes. Very inconvenient. It all seems a bit vibe coded at this point in time. Better avoid TOTP for now and put it behind something like authentik or authelia
